Artur Marek Konieczny

Artur Marek Konieczny, 64, of La Porte, IN, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Northwest Health-La Porte.

Artur was born on August 14, 1961, in Krakow, Poland, to Wieslaw and Alicja (Wierzbicki) Konieczny.

On July 14, 1996, in Las Vegas, NV, he married Agnieszka Hasek who survives. Also surviving are his 3 sons, Marek, Patrick, and Kevin Konieczny of La Porte; several grandchildren; 2 cousins, Robert Musial of Poland and Marek Wierzbicki of California; and beloved dog, Zeus.

He was preceded in death by his parents and uncle, Zbigniew Osmola.

Artur was a tool & die maker for many years. He enjoyed watching soccer, which he played in his youth. Most importantly, Artur loved spending time with his family.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte. A private family service will take place at a later date.
