Betty E. Scheidel, 55 years old of La Porte, IN, died Sunday, February 27, 2011 in Valparaiso Care and Rehab .
She was born January 19, 1956 in La Porte , Daughter of Don Paul Scheidel, Sr. & Thelma LaDonna Schoff.
She was a member of First Church of God in La Porte.
Surviving are Parents, Jack & Thelma McGinnis, Sr. of La Porte; Brother, Jack(Dawn)McGinnis, Jr.-La Porte; Sisster, JoAnne(Robert) McGinnis-Faught,-Valparaiso; Brother, Walter(Congetta)McGinnis-La Porte; Brother, Tom McGinnis-Michigan City; Sister, Mary Lou Belcher-W. Virginia; Sister, Cindy-Michigan City; Sister, Christina-Florida; Sister, Mary-Michigan; Brother, Don-La Porte; and Many Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Brother, Don, Jr.; Grandparents, Emery & Mary Schoff, Joseph & Alice McGinnis, Sr., Harriette Norris; Father, Don Scheidel, Sr.; and Sister, Donna.
Friends will be received at the Cutler Funeral Home from 9-Noon Thurs., March 3, 2011 with a Memorial Service at Noon with Rev. Roger Ash officiating. Burial at Patton Cemetery at a later time.
