Betty Masterson, 77, of Moosup, Connecticut, and formerly of LaPorte, Indiana, passed away at 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at the Haven Health Center in Jewett, CT.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 3, at Cutler Funeral Home officiated by Duane Phillips. Burial will be in Grover Town Cemetery.
Betty was born December 23, 1929, in LaPorte to the late Thomas & Geneva (Elkins) Suppa. On August 6, 1948, in LaPorte, she married Dean Masterson, who survives.
Also surviving are daughters Lula M. (Joe) Aukerman of Anaheim, CA and Diane S. Bradlaw of Canterbury, CT; sons Washie W. Masterson of Jewett City, CT and John H. Masterson of Chicago, IL; 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters Frona Suppa, Julia Suppa and Tony Suppa, all of LaPorte; and many nieces and nephews.
Betty was a homemaker and a loving mother.
