Juanita Zook, 82, of New Port Richey, Florida and formerly of LaPorte, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2006 in New Port Richey.
A memorial service was held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 16, at the Cutler Funeral Home in LaPorte with Rev. Dan McDonald officiating. Visitation with the family was held on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Patton Cemetery was the place of burial.
Juanita was born September 21, 1924, in LaPorte to the late John & Clara (Smith) Clark. On October 11, 1947, in Nogales, Arizona, she married Donald E. Zook who preceded her in death June 22, 1987.
Surviving are sons Mark, Rocky C. & Ron L. Zook, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Juanita had worked at Bernel Foam for several years and she was a member of the Zook-Farrington American Legion Post #434 Ladies Auxiliary.
