Carol S. Ludwig

Carol S. Ludwig, 71, of La Porte, IN, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Brickyard Health-La Porte Care Center.

She was born on November 26, 1954, in La Porte, IN, to Irwin and Mildred (Lange) Ludwig.

Carol is survived by her cousin, Lisa (Taylor) Jackson of Mill Creek, and second cousins, Amanda (Brian) Kieft of Trail Creek and Aaron (Brittini) Johnson of La Porte.

She was preceded in death by her parents and bother, Ronald "Froggy" Ludwig.

Carol was a graduate of La Porte High School. She worked at Woolworth's and later at Arby's. Carol was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and was a Walther League Chairperson. She loved her fur babies/puppy dogs.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Ron Brauer officiating.

A time of visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home. Inurnment at St. John's Cemetery will take place at a later date.
