Dale C. Juergensen, 92, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025, at Settlers Place with his family by his side.
Dale was born on November 7, 1933, in Eau Claire, MI, to Charles and Anna (Fisher) Juergensen.
On November 25, 1983, in Michigan City, IN, he married Diana D. Warkentien who survives. Also surviving are his 5 children, Randall Juergensen of Indianapolis, Jan (Jim) Pruiett of Benton Harbor, MI, Jody Hanson of Titusville, FL, Amanda (Kevin) Brandy of Osceola, and Lance Juergensen of Westfield; his grandchildren, Jennifer Pruiett, Jason Pruiett, Jordan Beqiri, Zachary Hanson, Mary Hanson, Christian Hanson, Kasen Brandy, Knixley Brandy, Kwinlynn Brandy, Rowan Juergensen, and Romi Juergensen; as well as many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers; 1 sister; and 1 niece.
Dale was a machine operator at Aero Metals and a supervisor at Hedwin and Industrial Rubber in St. Joe, MI. He enjoyed sports, gardening, and hunting deer, bear and pheasant. Dale enjoyed playing fast-pitch softball, bowling, and coaching his children in softball, baseball and basketball. Dale loved watching his children and grandchildren in their sporting events. He was an avid fan of the Michigan Wolverines and the Chicago Cubs, but most of all Dale loved being with family and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Chaplain Michelle Blakely officiating. Burial will follow at Patton Cemetery.
A time of visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
