Edgar Adrian Osornio

Edgar Adrian Osornio, 24, of Kingsbury, IN, passed away on April 16, 2024, at Riley Hospital for Children, after a valiant fight against cancer.

Edgar was born on April 22, 1999 in La Porte, IN, to Baltazar and Esther (Medina) Osornio.

On April 12, 2024, in Indianapolis, he married Mackenzie Roberts, who survives. Also surviving are his parents, Baltazar and Esther Osornio; brother, Sergio Osornio; sister-in-law, Shannon Thompson; niece, Autumn Osornio; nephews, Aisaia and Adrien Osornio; grandmother, Beatriz Osornio; and grandfather, Manuel Osornio.

Edgar worked as a landscaper in his family's business, Osornio Gardens. He enjoyed painting, golfing, and playing video games.

He will be remembered for being a friend to everyone and fiercely loving his family. Edgar's greatest memories were with his family, whom he treasured.

Throughout his cancer journey, Edgar fought hard for life, always willing to do anything his medical team asked. Edgar's family is grateful for all the care and love shown to him by his physicians, nurses, and additional medical staff.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, La Porte. Burial will follow at Kingsbury Cemetery.

A time of visitation will be held from 5 - 9 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2024 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center and from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the funeral home. At 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, there will be a procession from the funeral home to the church.

 Edgar trabajó como jardinero en el negocio de su familia, Osornio Gardens. Le gustaba pintar, jugar golf y jugar videojuegos.

 Será recordado por ser un amigo de todos y amar ferozmente a su familia. Los mejores recuerdos de Edgar estaban con su familia, a quien atesoraba.

 A lo largo de su trayectoria contra el cáncer, Edgar luchó duro por la vida, siempre dispuesto a hacer cualquier cosa que su equipo médico le pidiera. La familia de Edgar está agradecida por todo el cuidado y el amor que le mostraron sus médicos, enfermeras y personal médico adicional.

 A las 13:00 horas se celebrará una Misa de Cristian Entierro. el sábado 20 de abril de 2024 en la iglesia católica St. Joseph, La Porte. Seguirá el entierro en el cementerio de Kingsbury.

 Se llevará a cabo un tiempo de visita de 5 a 9 p.m. el viernes 19 de abril de 2024 en Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center y de 11 a. m. a 12:30 p. m. el sábado 20 de abril de 2024 en la funeraria. A las 12:30 p. m. el sábado habrá una procesión desde el tanatorio hasta la iglesia.
