Private Family Services will be held for Emily Jo Stratton-Smith, who was stillborn at 7:29 am on September 30, 2004, at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place.
Emily Jo is survived by her parents Breyanna Stratton and Phillip Mitchell Smith II. Grandmother and Step-grandfather, Penny (Eric) Wolfenbarger of La Porte. Grandparents, Phillip and Bridget Smith of Michigan City. Several aunts and uncles.
Emily Jo was preceded in death by a grandfather, Keith Stratton, an uncle, Bruce James Noble and a great-aunt, Cindy Johnson.
