Gail Yvonne (Schultz) Euler

Gail Yvonne (Schultz) Euler, 73, of La Porte, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 25, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on January 5, 1952, in Michigan City, IN, Gail was the cherished daughter of Harold and Mary Schultz.

Gail, known affectionately as "Petie," was joyfully reunited in her heavenly home with her beloved parents; siblings, Ida Wells, Carl Pace, Jr., Edger Pace, and Larry Schultz; her life partner, Larry Ridenour; and their precious daughter, Rachel Ridenour.

She leaves behind a legacy of love through her children, Toni (Don) Kopanski, Amy (Terry) Chadderdon, and Charles (Diane) Euler; her adored grandchildren, Bridget (Chuck) McCrudden, Chris (Sam) McCrudden, Amanda King, Alesha (Eric) Laws, Jacob Chadderdon, Charles (Chelsea) Euler, and Josh (Michaela) Euler; and her great-grandchildren, Tyler, Damion, and Camren McCrudden, Noah and Miranda Laws, Logan King, and Charles Jr. and Atalia Euler.

Gail found beauty in the simple things of life-a strong cup of coffee, a quiet moment spent crocheting, a favorite cartoon on the TV, or a deck of cards in hand playing solitaire with her girls. She had a deep affection for animals and delighted in watching birds outside her window. But above all, Gail's greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was her family. She loved each child, grandchild, and great-grandchild with a deep and unwavering devotion. Her big, welcoming smile was a source of comfort and warmth, and her presence brought joy wherever she went.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte. A private family service will be held at a later date.
