Harry Woodrow Skocdopole, 86, of LaPorte, Indiana, died at 1:58 p.m. on Friday, January 7, 2005, at LaPorte Hospital.
A funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 11, at the Cutler Funeral Home with Rev. Hugh Smith officiating. Visitation was on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial was in Pine Lake Cemetery.
Harry was born April 13, 1918, in LaPorte, Indiana to Adolph and Caroline (Kristufek) Skocdopole.
He is survived by life long friend Mary Alice Stone and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Wilken and a brother, Edward B. Skocdopole.
Harry was a retired self-employed contractor.
Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
