Jakob Lakota Olsen, 10, of La Porte, passed away on January 21, 2022 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with Bishop Benjamin Palmer officiating.
