Jay'Shawn Aaron Weslee Arnold, Infant son of Joslyn Baltes passed away on June 28, 2015 at IU Health La Porte Hospital.
Jay'Shawn is survived by his parents; grandparents, Larry Baltes, Crystal Price, Wayne Price II; aunts, Brooke West, Kati Wilhelm, Adriane Masterson; uncles, Trevor Baltes, Stanely Henderson, Jonah Henderson; and great grandparents, Reva Bailey, Carl Bailey, Wayne Price, Sr., Dianna Price, Jackie Overmeyer, and Mike Overmeyer.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Patton Cemetery.
