Jill S.McAfee, 56, of La Porte, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at IU Health La Porte Hospital.
Jill was born in South Bend , IN, on June 28, 1961 to Leonard and Evelyn Guzicki.
She married Garey McAfee who survives in La Porte. Also surviving are her daughter, Angelia (Rodney) Stroup; sisters, Barbara (Robert) Brown, Emily Guzicki; brothers, C. David Guzicki, and Daniel Guzicki; special sister-in-law, Dorinda (Paul) Kreamer; many nieces, nephews; special niece, Courtney; and many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mardele, Karen, Gretchen; and daughter, Jennifer.
Jill enjoyed life and loved her cats. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
