Kathy D. Westfall, 44, of LaPorte, Indiana, died at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 5, 2004 at LaPorte Hospital.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 9, 2004 at the Cutler Funeral Home with Rev. Dan McDonald officiating. Visitation is Wednesday from 3:00-7:30 p.m. and Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. until time of services. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery.
She was born November 24, 1959, in Rensselaer, Indiana to Melvin & Adeline (Schultz) Florence. On July 7, 1979, in Rensselaer, she married Dennis Westfall, who survives.
Also surviving is a brother, Kevin Florence, of Rensselaer and an aunt and uncle, Joe & Donna Venturella, of Malvern, Arizona.
Preceding her in death are a daughter, Angela Westfall, her parents and a step-father, Marvin Morris.
Kathy was vice-president of D & K Tools/Snap on Tools. She collected cookbooks and she loved animals.
Memorials may be made to the LaPorte Small Animal Shelter.
