Lisa Ann (Preston) Meck, 53, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Woodland Manor Nursing and Rehab.
Lisa was born on December 6, 1968 in Plymouth, IN, to Jack and Carla (Searfoss) Preston.
Surviving Lisa are her children, Clayton Chitwood of Jeffersonville, IN, Tiffany (Rachael) Basurto of Anaheim, CA, and Devon Fant of Elkhart; 2 grandsons, Carson and Devon Jr.; mother, Carla Preston of Walkerton; brother, Jack (Kelly Smally) Preston; sister, Susan (Shawn) Allen; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; aunt, Ann Searfoss; uncle, Richard Searfoss; and both sets of grandparents.
Lisa was a bus driver. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge and Odd Fellows. Lisa enjoyed collecting pegasus and angel items and spending time with her family. She never met a stranger and enjoyed helping others in any way that she could.
Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
