Lorraine M. Hamman, 87 years old of Plymouth, IN, died Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth, IN.
She was born February 4, 1923 in Prescott, Wisconsin, daughter of Albert and Hazel (Sutton) Martin.
She married May 23, 1942 in Prescott, WI. to Wallace H. Hamman who survives in Plymouth. Also surviving are two daughters; Arlene L. (Thomas) Lewis, Jr. of La Porte and Patricia J. (Patrick) Thomas of Gloucester, VA, four grandchildren; David (Kim) Melton, Chris Melton, Pam (Dennis) Zemialkowski, and Cherri Thomas, 4 great-grandchildren, and sister; Jeanette Olson of Gilmer, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter; Rebecca A. Melton-Kowalski
She loved to do needlepoint, quilting and gardening.
Graveside Services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday Nov. 13, 2010 at the Pine Glen Cemetery in Prescott, WI
Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research.
