Ralph was a Retired Custodian from New Prairie High School with 27 years of service.
He was married on May 3, 1953 to Donna Houser who survives.
He was a member of Rolling Prairie United Methodist Church, Rolling Prairie Masonic Lodge, LaPorte and New Carlisle Order of the Eastern Star, Rolling Prairie V.F.W. and he was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran of the Korean war.
