He worked for Sullair for 8 years before his illness, Wirecraft for 20 years, and Continental Cans in Portagem, Indiana for 9 years.
Richard has attended Full Gospel House of Prayer, Countryside Christian Church, and Harvest Time Church of God, all in Michigan City, Indiana. His hobby was classic cars.
He was involves in the compassion ministry at Full Gospel House of Prayer for 1 year and at Countryside Christian Church for several years.
