Theresa Marie (Krajewski) Valley

Theresa Marie Valley, 68, of La Porte, passed away on Monday, March 26th at Golden Living Center with her daughter by her side, after a battle with cancer.

Theresa was born on January 29, 1950 in LaCrosse, Wi, to Francis and Virginia (Bailey) Krajewski.

On July 27, 1968 in LaCrosse, after just a 2 month courtship, she married Donald Lawrence Valley, while he was on a 2 week leave, prior to being deployed to Vietnam.  They moved to Indiana in 1978 to start a new chapter in their life together.

Theresa is survived by her 2 daughters, Bernadette (Frank) Ault of La Porte and Jessica Shieh of MI; grandsons, Brice (Karen Ebert) Niles and Brandt Niles both of La Porte; siblings, Anthony (Sue) Krajewski of Leesburg, FL, Donald Krajewski of Onalaska, WI, Rose Napole of Brownsville, MN, and Bernadette (Bill) Jacobs of Baltimore, MD; and her dog, Scooby.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald on August 29, 2017; and 9 infant siblings.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.  There will be a Celebration of Life Memorial on Saturday, April 7th from 12-4 pm at the PRCU Club, 620 Bach Street, La Porte, IN.
