William "Billy" Clinton Robinson III

William "Billy" Clinton Robinson III, 71, of La Porte, IN, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at Trustwell Living at Settlers Place.

He was born on May 20, 1955, in Gary, IN, to William C. Clinton, II and and Helen V.(Kapshandy) Robinson.

Surviving Billy are his siblings, Valie Reitz of Las Vegas, NV, Michael Sturonas of Las Vegas, NV, Janet Jackson of Bullhead City, NV, and Timothy (Melodie) Robinson of La Porte; "Best Buds", Brian, Butch and Neil; nieces, Cherokee Smith of La Porte and Kelsee Robinson of La Porte; nephew, Tim Robinson of Michigan City; numerous other nieces and nephews; significant other, Kathy Flores', daughters and their families; special grandson of Kathy, Henry; and beloved dog, Jimi.

He was preceded in death by his parents; significant other of over 15 years, Kathy Flores; sister and brother-in-law, Helen and John Voss; brother, Joe Sturonas; brothers-in-law, Rick Glenn, Bill Reitz and Joe Jackson; nieces, Kelly Farrone and Susan (Bob) Barrett; nephew by marriage to niece Christine, Matt Phillips; and special bother-in-law, Danny Asbile.

Billy worked as a steel platter for many years and volunteered as a firefighter. He was a member of the Studebaker Driver's Club of South Bend. Billy enjoyed ghost hunting, boar hunting, and was a collector of models, Avon bottles, guns, cameras, movies, and Studebaker paraphernalia. He will be fondly remembered as a comedian.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
