William "Billy" Jinkins Davis, Jr.

William "Billy" Jinkins Davis, Jr., 59, of La Porte, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at VNA Hospice of Valparaiso.

Billy was born in Milwaukee, WI, on July 27, 1963 to William and Angeline (Schkeryantz) Davis.

On June 15, 2011 in Albion, IN, he married Tracy Cripe, who survives.  Also surviving are his daughter, Aubrianna Davis of La Porte; 2 grandsons, Aidan and Connor Davis of La Porte; sister, Judi (Mike) Heim of Houston, TX; and brother, Gene (Leslie) Davis of Sheboygan, WI.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Patricia Davis; and nephew, Nathan Davis.

Billy was a JC Penney manager for many years.  He enjoyed camping, fishing, shopping, cooking, and grilling.

Cremation will take place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center.

A time of visitation will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 17, 2023 and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
