Obituary

 

Lawrence "Larry" Everett Dilloway, 61, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.

Larry was born on July 18, 1960 in South Bend, IN, to Robert and Arlene (Ponsier) Dilloway.

Surviving Larry are his son, Bryce (Ashley) Hooper of La Porte; 3 granddaughters, Khloe, Lily, and Daisy; mother, Arlene Dilloway of La Porte; sisters, Susan (Tommy) Lukac of La Porte and Sharon (Joey) Samford of La Porte; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Dilloway.

Larry was a machinist for 10 years at Polygon.  Previously, he had worked in auto body repair and continued to enjoy doing such in his spare time.  He enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, and cooking.  Larry also enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and had previously been part of a motorcycle group that rode for charities.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.  A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Jane Bernard Animal Adoption Center, 2855 West State Road 2, La Porte, IN 46350.
